Valentine's Day Instagram Competition - ACTIVE 

The promoter is: About Time We Met Pty Ltd (ACN 088 257 498) whose registered office is at Level 1, 87 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005.

1. Eligibility:

1.1.  The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of About Time We Met Pty Ltd and its related body corporates and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

1.2.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

1.3.  By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must:

3. Selection Criteria: The winner will be selected at random and announced via Instagram stories on February 14, 2024. 

4.  Prizes:

4.1.  The prize for this competition is 1 (one) You Are Brilliant Gift Set containing 1 (one)Naturally Brilliant Oil and 1 (one) Jade Gua Sha face massage tool.

4.2.  The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.

4.3 There are 5 (five) prizes available. 1 (one) prize per winner. 

5. Deadline for Entries and Winner Announcement:

5.1.  The competition starts on 7 February 2024 and ends on 13 February 2024 at midnight AWST.

5.2.  Comments will be disabled at the end of the last day (AWST), and the winner will be announced on stories throughout the competition period.

5.3.  The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

5.4.  If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Disqualifications or Exclusions:

6.1.  About Time We Met Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who engages in fraudulent behavior.

6.2.  About Time We Met Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude any participant who provides false or misleading information or who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

7. Disclaimer and Liability Statement:

7.1.  About Time We Met Pty Ltd is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of the competition.

7.2.  About Time We Met Pty Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or errors that may occur during the competition.

 8. Intellectual Property and Privacy

8.1.  By entering the competition, participants agree to allow the promoter to use their name and likeness in any promotional material associated with the competition.

8.2.  All personal information provided by participants will be handled in accordance with About Time We Met Pty Ltd privacy policy.

9. Other Information:

9.1.  The promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time and to communicate any changes to participants via the About Time We Met Pty Ltd Instagram page.

9.2.  The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

9.3.  About Time We Met Skincare is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

9.4.  The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
